Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@luvorade.com. Returns must be sent to: Civic House, 156 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham, England, B3 3HN. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care products (e.g. cosmetics), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union: 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@luvorade.com.
